Duncan's transfer to English Championship (2nd division) side Blackburn fell through while he was flying to England to finalize the deal.

Talks with Blackburn are apparently back on. A lot of stuff on twitter about him getting his medical within the hour for it.

Deal is now a loan with an option to buy clause

Statement from Blackburn. Basically, Duncan's registration documents were submitted after the transfer deadline. EFL board will consider case on Thursday and Duncan will stay in UK until then. If this fails, he will return to Orlando and they will try to reach a pre-contract agreement to have him join permanently in the summer transfer window.
