Forgot to add Marcus, that will make 4 guards on the roster under 6'3 who have the most experience with the ball in their hands. I trust the coaches but to be recruiting another point guard just seems excessive. I understand the true point argument, but between all the guys we have now the minutes situation doesn't make sense, unless they are planning on running Marlon or Marcus off the ball exclusively. I also believe a true point is something that might be overrated for college basketball, especially for a team whose offense is based around sharing the basketball. Knowing our coaches and how they like to put an emphasis on maturity and physical development, I don't see how any point guard we recruit this year avoids a redshirt this coming season unless they are the next damian lillard. Again, that's just purely from a minutes standpoint. I would rather our coaches avoid playing guys like Malik or Marlon off the ball to make space for a "true point guard" freshman

Outside of Watson, the other guards are all combo guards. Plus, our expected two top ball handlers, Watson and Albert, are juniors. If we dont sign another PG in this class, we are left with a frosh (or first year Pg in the case of a JUCO) PG in 2018. For an offense that relies on a lot of sets, that is a recipe for disaster.

I am not worried about the height thing as much. Foster played the 2 at KSU and was all conference. Milliken played the 2 last year and was fine.

According to Donovan's response to my tweet to @stayinthe game he and former CU player D'Angalo/D'Angelo Jackson are related. Possible legacy recruit.

Pretty sure D'Angalo was only on campus for one semester and never played, so it's a little optimistic to count on a "legacy recruit."

Gtmo, you must not have mixed the kool-aid today, must have eaten it straight out of the package. :)

Yep. legacy is a stretch in this case. Just putting a positive spin on it.
