6'2'' Brooks hails from Harlem, NY. He is described as a "rebound and go" guard that can play both the point as well as the slashing guard role. Brooks leads Iowa Western with 15.7ppg, 6.8reb, 5.5asts, 18stls, 77%FT, and nearly 40% from the field.

This Saturday at 7, Brooks and his Iowa Western Reivers will look to advance to Hutch for the JC tournament. I'll be there, come find me if you want to talk some Jays recruiting. :D

Hilarious article.

When it comes time to make a decision what are you looking for in a school?

“For me to play 35 minutes a game and for me to be the focal point of the team. I want to make it to the national tournament as well. Also, I’m looking for a change it will be good to go to a school where NBA scouts come to watch games and practices.”

Ok Devin, ask the Jays how that worked out for them.

Man the net that the staff has out there for this last spot is huge. Hope we can land someone who can help us right away. Don't know how to read Devin but he can sure get to the rim with either hand. Go Jays!

Devin is definitely a NYC player. Has game to go with his talk. A St Raymond's product.. might be a good thing to have a NYC PG if we're playing in the BE - he won't be afraid when playing the east coast schools.

If any of our players are afraid of playing East Coast teams, we are screwed before we even accept a potential BE offer.
