I've been told that Groselle came on strong in practice later in the season, and that all along he's been a valuable practice player, giving the other guys a chance to play against a legitimate 7-footer. He's done nothing to this point so he's a complete unknown. But the team seems to be happy with him.

Good report. Piv said on his chat that Kreklow is still considering walking on. That says a lot: (1) The coaches think enough of Geoff that they won't free up a scholarship for a guy who could help this year. (2) How great is it that a guy is considering walking on here when he has scholarships available at high-major schools?

With Ricky's verbal...NOW we are done for 2014 recruiting.
Welcome Home Ricky Kreklow...finally. ;).

I suppose our 2014 recruiting class "grade" is now an A- or B+ ? Doesn't really matter as Ricky really helps "bridge" the talent/experience gap for this coming season. Great pickup.

3 well regarded D-1 transfers and two Top 150 recruits is a heck of a recruiting cycle. Major kudos to the staff here, they made the most of a great season on the court.

247 Sports has bumped up Ronnie & Lee Lee to #44 on their 2014 list of Top Recruiting classes (up 16 places?). Better late than never.
