2015 Wing has very versatile game. At 6'5'' he can play multiple positions. Plays for the very talented Illinois Celtics AAU program, one that the staff has extremely strong ties with. Creighton is also interested in Toye's running mates Aaron Jordan, Tyler Jackson and Myles Carter. However, Toye might be the best of the bunch

Illinois Celtics just tweeted Toye is Creighton's #1 Target. I cannot confirm that, as Creighton is pushing hard on a number of 2015's. Toye is already ranked as scout.com's #10 overall SF.

Creighton REAL high on Joe

I'd probably say Creighton, I talk to them probably two or three times a week."

Don't sleep on Joe. Won Co-MVP honors with fellow Jays target Jimmy Whitt. Toye could be a top player in the Big East.

States he has been talking to Vanderbilt, Iowa and Creighton the most. He's noticed we've been playing well and have great team chemistry. Looking for a school with great academics.

Hopefully we can be the man in the middle on that - great basketball, great academics. Creighton is no Vanderbilt but we do have a great basketball program while Vandy's is, uh, a little lower tier to be nice. Stallings seems like a decent coach but they can never get any sustained success. With Missouri there now, it's going to be that much harder.

I see that within the past week, four of the 247 "experts" predicted a Creighton commit for Toye. Those are the only 4 predictions at this point. The Crystal Ball has its flaws, but I think it's cool that 247 does it. And, it is frequently correct.

Wow, I've never seen Creighton ever in the lead on predictions and they are recent. Hopefully they actually know something and it comes true.

Agreed. Between our staff's activity on the trail, our recent team success, Doug's success, the Harrell and Gilmore commitments, and the Big East affiliation, it seems like recruiting analysts are beginning to view us as a legitimate presence on the recruiting front.
