According to Blackwell's twitter account, we just offered. Kid is out of California and has a ton of offers.

Noah looks very quick and is a good shooter. Agree with the offer list it's very good. Go Jays!

Based on his highlight reels on YouTube, I'm trying to figure out how this kid is only a 3-star? Jeesh, he has some ridiculous handles, and at 6'2" has great size for a PG. Long offer list for sure, although I like our chances against most of those schools. Colorado, Cal, Arizona State, and Maryland would seem to be the toughest competition.

Damn! No kidding. That kid looks ridiculous in the couple of videos I watched.

Per Twitter, Noah has 15 coaches coming in for visits this week. Hope Creighton is represented there.

From today:

@Josh_Stirn: Creighton has offered Roseville (Cali.) 2015 point guard Noah Blackwell. @NB_DriftTeam

I'm so confused!

What's so confusing. The first post in the thread reported the offer over a week ago.... As usual, verbalcommits is late to the parade.
