The local Rivals page is showing Tevin as "Committed / Not Yet Signed" on their front page (along with Andre Yates and Isaiah Zierden).

Partial article, excerpt:

Van Coleman's take on Calhoun...

Creighton adds Texas juco wing man

Written by Van Coleman
Sunday, 23 October 2011 12:17

Exerpt:
We caught up with Greg Calhoun this afternoon and he confirmed that his son, Tevin Calhoun, 6-6 wing man from Hill CC, TXhad committed to Creighton this weekend while on a visit to Omaha.

"He was very high on Creighton," Greg Calhoun told Hot100Hoops. "He really loved the family atmosphere, he really hit it off with the coaches, the players, and the fans."

Tevin is a versatile wing with range to the arc and handle to create drive or pull-up going either left or right. He has quick feet and length to be a solid defender for Greg McDermott's Jays, so look for him to challenge for a starting spot when he hits the Omaha campus next fall.

He chose Creighton over interest from Nebraska, Washington State, and North Texas.

The scholarship matrix has been updated to include Calhoun, and helps show where the Jays are at, scholly-wise following his commitment. Click on the "Recruiting" tab on the blue menu bar on WBR, and choose "MBB Scholarship Matrix" from the drop-down menu.

Also, for those interested, the Men's Soccer matrix has been updated today as well.

Can someone verify the list of four "transfers" on the soccer matrix for 2012, they are all North carolina players right now. I guess I could "preume" some NC players might transfer, but 4???

No offense to Tevin but those numbers do not sound like anything worthy of coach forking over his own $$$ for him to attend.

Hope the staff knows something that those numbers don't illustrate.
