Yes. Schools will be all over him trying to convince him to change his commitment, especially if he is receptive at all. That said, poaching is pretty rare.

It is a long way to next November when he can sign. Coaches and players will have to continue to show him some love. If he has a big season this year and big summer next year, it could be a battle to keep opposing coaches at bay, particularly if some blue bloods come calling. I know the coaches won't take his commitment for granted.

I am far less concerned with Ty-shon than perhaps others. He obviously comes from good parenting who are both huge on board with his decision and his coach worked him hard about making an early decision. This kid wants to be at Creighton.

I'm not concerned at all. This isn't football recruiting where one player can be verbally committed at one school but still goes on official visits and gets offers from other schools despite being verbally committed. In basketball once you're verbally committed somewhere, unless you de-commit, then everyone else backs off.

Not sure if you are being facetious or not, but this is simply not true. That being said I believe we have nothing to worry about here.

He has a high major body and looks to have great hops. And he may only be 16 years old, holy crap!
