Couldn't find a thread on him. A 6-7 Papillion LV sophomore, drawing a lot of attention. I'd expect we'd offer. Had 26 points and 11 rebounds against Norfolk last night.

His line was 26 points, 8-15 FG (5-8 3FG), 5-7 FT and 12 rebounds (2 offensive) in 26 minutes last night.

D-Rock has been keeping his eye on Ed for a while now. He'll get an offer if he keeps going on this trajectory. He's not an explosive athlete, but he had a 6'11.5" wingspan at 6'6" when we measured him in August, and he's only grown since then. He's a perimeter player who loves to shoot outside but needs to toughen up a bit inside. Not an explosive athlete, but runs pretty well Overall, he's a good kid and I was happy to see him put up that kind of stat line against a pretty darn good Norfolk team.

Papio sophomore had 32 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots in a win over Sioux City North.

It's only one game, but Nebraska high school hoops is traditionally not high scoring, so 30 point games are pretty impressive, especially for a sophomore. Just for perspective, I think Taz averaged 19 to lead Class A in scoring as a senior. (I'm not comparing the two!)

Oh for the days of Mike McGee at Omaha North (for the doom and gloom crowd he was another recruit who got away).

He had a terrible offensive game, shooting 7-19, but still almost had a triple-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 9 blocks on Monday. He and Papio are playing against Isaiah Chandler and Central at 6:15 at Creighton Prep... and unfortunately I have to be in Lincoln.

His length is pretty impressive. Only a sophomore so a lot of time to fill out that frame

They had a small piece on him on KETV tonight, and I thought they said they would have an expanded story on him at 10.
