Just strictly reacting to the report and in no way jumping to conclusions should new information come to light, but what percentage of the teenage population would you guess has either had or currently has an explicit photo of a 15-year-old when they themselves are/were only 16?

That’s probably a higher percentage than the underage drinking/smoking pot crowd, right?

I was thinking the same thing. When I saw "multiple felony sex crimes," I was ready to throw him in jail forever. Then, I read that a 16-year old kid was in possession of some sexual content made by a 15-year old girl, and my rage subsided. Still illegal. Still wrong. But I would ask the same question - how many kids today might be charged similarly if you confiscated their phones? That's not a justification, but something to consider when people read the headline (like I initially did) and cast full judgment.

Zach's family needs to hire a great attorney. Some Juvi judges are notorious for throwing kids under a freight train.
Family shouldn't take anything for granted just because Zach is also a juvenile...the system can be harsh and cruel.
