When did he take his name out of the professional direction? Wouldn't they have needed to have a secondary plan anyway? He wouldn't have had to go NBA to go pro. Now it would be unique to go somewhere else, but then again you never stop recruiting. Who knows what may happen. We didn't get Malik 'signed' until the last week of June.
