This is painful to read:

Marquette will have one of the biggest visit weekends in the country thanks to Marquette Madness. Five-star 2018 point guard Courtney Ramey will make it to campus, along with a handful of other key targets.

The Golden Eagles will also host Top 75 2017 power forward Race Thompson, Top 100 2018 power forward Grayson Carter, 2018 small forward Jarvis Thomas and Top 15 2019 power forward Nobal Days.

But, you know, the Cubs game!
"I want to beat (NU) so bad. This is a blue state...I’m a Creighton Bluejay. I’ve always wanted to go to Creighton...never really liked Nebraska...Creighton trusted me and Nebraska was just…out there...Can’t wait to play ’em..." ~Justin Patton

Win or lose you gotta think that game atmosphere impressed the recruits. I wasn't there but from the sounds of it on my TV that was the most electric that place has ever been IMO. And as we all know, that's really saying something.

When the LaLumiere team filed into their seats behind the band about 20 minutes before tip, everybody nearby gave them what looked from a distance to be a standing O--and Bowen wasn't even with them at the time. Could have been totally spontaneous, or maybe great staff work in alerting fans that these guys would be coming in and a warm welcome would be nice. Either way, pretty cool.

Any idea who DRock had at the game last night. Several very tall guys going back to the locker room with him after the game.
