We were very late to the party. He had already visited UConn 2 or 3 times, including an official visit. Movin' on.

You never know, even that visit could pay dividends down the road if things don't work out at UConn (or it could have resulted in our coaches deciding that this wouldn't have been a good fit for us). Either way, still good to get a chance to talk to the kid, even if seemingly too late at this time.
