Chris is a Jay! Great get. Hopefully his committment will start the log rolling and we pick up another early commit (Watson).

With 3 open scholies I can see Bishop, Watson, and Brandon Johns. With 5 open scholies...it a smorgasbord. What was the name of that old Buffet spot up on Saddle Creek & 56th or so, in Benson?

Welcome to the Hilltop and the Big East Chris - excellent choice on your part. Looking forward to seeing the family at the games.

Here's our writeup on WBR, including a high school highlight video and some fun videos his mom uploaded to YouTube -- one of him scrimmaging against the Jays during his visit, and one of him playing for the "Bluejays" in a youth basketball camp (the Bill Waris Blue Jays in his hometown of Lee's Summit). Isn't that a crazy coincidence?

He has grown a foot in three years. This is really great, from smaller player with ball handling skills to good size small forward with good handling skills. He seems high major in athleticism and can certainly hit from three. Sounds like a perfect fit. Getting better, and seems like a hard worker.

Reminds me a lot of Ronnie with the way he moves with the ball. It's kind of a slow glide but he covers a lot of ground and can get UP! Dream scenario would have Ronnie turn in 2nd then 1st team All-BE these next 2 years and groom Christian as his protege.

Really like what I see out of this kid!

Very good signing it seems. Real quality kid from what I can tell. Perfect size for Big East and what we need to compete. He also looks like Dele Alli from Tottenham.
