I've watched Shereef play almost all of his games in his 4 years at Burke and this kid gets a lot of his pts in the paint on drives. It's amazing how he gets it done. He draws a lot of fouls on his drives but he takes a beating in the paint like Allen Iverson used to. When he gets into the paint, you just know he will either score or get fouled. He is small but has a big heart and knowledge of the game. A very good kid and I know his dream school is Creighton. He has a very good mid-range game to go along w/ his on the ball defense. Let's hope after a year at Prep school, he gains some weight and continues to improve. When Shereef gets the ball after a missed shot, he pushes the ball as fast as anyone I have seen around here in a long time. He will outrun everyone down the floor with his dribble. I would love to see him in a Creighton uniform.

I've been led to believe his game is similar to Mo's. If that is the case, no doubt Coach Mac would love to have him.

There are some similarities but Shereef doesn't have anywhere near the court vision or passing mind-set Mo does. He's a pure scorer who can make plays for others rather than a pure point guard. He'll have to find a little more of that balance at the next level.

Brewster Academy (NH)
The Skill Factory (Georgia)
There is a third but I am unsure of which one, but I was thinking it was Oak Hill Academy (VA)

I'm hearing he's looking at different Prep schools than listed above. It sounds like he's going to end up at a very good program next year.

Mitchell with OSA on Adidas circuit this summer. Will be interesting to see how he plays against players in the 2019 class.
