Can you imagine a recruit saying this about CU six or seven years ago?

"I knew Jacob before he went there, then I came up there and saw him and I was like, ‘Holy…’ he’s put on a lot of weight and a lot of muscle since he’s been there,” Froling said. “That’s something that I need to do as well. I wanted somewhere that had a good weights program, and the proof is in the pudding because Jacob has stacked on a bit of weight.”

We've come a long way from the days when Blueblood harped time and time again on this board (and rightfully so) about the lack of a training table and the deficiencies of CU's strength & conditioning program compared to other schools -- now a top recruit picked CU, at least in part, because he was impressed with CU's S&C program.

Also, this line:

"All the Creighton guys were top blokes."

should be on a poster or something. That's amazing.

I got a kick out of these tweets -- side by side photos of Jacob and Sam, and Jacob and Sam's dads (who played against each other in the Australian National Basketball League) on the CLink floor. Good stuff.

Great pick up this late in the year. We have some young talent to work with the next few years. 8 top 150 guys on the same roster (not including Khyri ), probably the most we have ever had?

Looks to be an inch or so taller than Jacob in that pic. That would put him around 7 foot
