Yikes really hope Damian comes on strong and freshmen get a chance to play and learn. Upside is the experience will help us for 2019-20 when we should get back to the tourney. Current landscape though we could finish 8/9 in conf and with a losing record. Hate to be the pessimist but also a realist.

Really hoping/banking on Mooney transferring here to generate some buzz for the upcoming season.

Saw this on Twitter a bit ago...according to T-Rank (a college basketball predictive metric from Bart Torvik's site, kinda like KenPom) Creighton's roster as currently assembled is predicted to go 8-10 in the Big East and finish in eighth place. I think that's a pretty realistic assessment, sadly.

Today, i saw on Twitter that Creighton is linked to transfer Tramaine Isabel from Drexel. Averaged 21 points and 7 rebounds. Is this legit?

There is a PLAYER at SD. Jack Daum. He may be a grad transfer. If so, Creighton will be in play. Keep an eye out for that.

I watched Tramaine in HS. He can definitely fill it up. I believe he was state player of the year in HS. I hope we are looking at him. He should be eligible to play immediately.

Listed at 6"1" but said to be less than 6'. Hits 34% of his 3's and averages as many turnovers as assists.
Where do you put him?

Put him at point guard. He'll be here for one season. He played one season of D-1 ball and averaged 21, 7.5 rebounds (at less than 6'0"!!!!) and 3.5 assists. We need scoring next season after losing most of it from last season (I'm assuming Khyri leaves). Yes, our other players will improve and step up some. But having one season to ease Marcus Z along couldn't hurt. And with three scholarships likely available, I'd take a 20 point scorer over most of the other options.

I say all this and doubt we have much of a chance with him. He has heard from some good schools: Seton Hall, Louisville (who has since backed out), Georgia, SMU, others.
