I love posts that are just riddles.
After trying to figure this one out, I’ve discovered that Koloko is transferring to Sierra Canyon for his last year of high school.
Still haven’t figured out why that means “so much for” him as a recruit or why we shouldn’t sign a kid who went there, but I will keep digging to decipher this ...

Posted: Sun Jun 03, 2018 4:35 pmMy guess Josey is that cujaysfan has found something really insightful- like Sierra anything doesn't sound like Omaha. Now if it was Dundee Academy the kid is ours. Recruiting, as we've seen, is very nuanced. High School kids these days are very sophisticated. Not like when we were in school.

-Keep an eye on Christian Koloko, a slim 7-footer from Cameroon who plays for the Oakland Soldiers and has only been playing in the U.S. since the beginning of this year. He showed a good knack on defense and played with a pesky intensity that wound up irking No. 1 overall recruit James Wiseman enough that Wiseman was ejected from their game after two technical fouls. Assuming he keeps filling out his frame, Koloko has a lot of potential.
