Commit or not - Fred King

Fri Apr 22, 2022 9:22 pm

Just to help pass the time over the next 8 days. What's your thoughts on the King recruitment?
Will he or won't he commit to the Jays?

Voting is open for only 3 days...Wanted to edit and extend thru the 30th, but can't now that folks have responded.
If Admin or a Moderator would be so kind. Pls extend voting thru the 30th of April.

Unless he’s LDS, I would think most teenagers would be discouraged by BYU’s rules. I couldn’t live 4 years without coffee.

BYU rules won’t come into play. Just think back when you were at dorm at CU, there sure was a lot of pot smoking and underage drinking to my recollection.

2011. Brandon Davies, BYU, suspended for remainder of the season for rules violations.

No allegations of any criminal activity reported

Is BYU different today?

Pretty sure Davies was suspended for sleeping with his girlfriend!?! CU did have a crackdown on underage drinking with CARE but definitely a lot more freedom than BYU

You should have gone to Creighton when the drinking age was 19, 18 over in Council Bluffs. It was pretty okay. 8-)

The first time I went to the Joker Lounge in 1976, I was met by 4 bouncers. Each bouncer had ahold of a limb of some guy who was no longer welcome and literally threw him into the parking lot.

I did the bankruptcy for the Joker owners. No surprise there.
