Welcome Sterling!

I like this pickup as freshman developmental guy. I think he has some things to work on, but I like his size, length and athleticism, and he has good handling and passing skills for his size

from that recent video, it looks like he's gotten bigger/stronger and he showed ability to get into the lane and finish with contact. The shot form isn't really shown (maybe one 3 pt shot?) so he still may need to work on the shooting form. The athleticism and size projects, IMO

Has a good frame at the very least. For sure a redshirt

So, as we speak today, 12 out of 13 scholarships filled?

I would love to see a highlight video showing defense. Sigh.

Not sure they play defense in high school. Knox is a different type of wing from what we have.

Nice! i know nothing of Sterling, but if the coaches like him, i like him!

Not sure what its like on the inside, but in my pretend world of coaching, if i had schollie to burn that i wasn't going to use anyway, might as well take a chance. Get a kid in your gym for a year, and maybe he turns into that diamond. If he doesn't, no loss and he likely follows the same path as a Ben S. or John C. somtimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.
