I was just thinking, has anyone heard from Gtmo? I'd hate to think he threw himself off a rooftop after this shocking development.

I don't believe this kid. He is just covering up with his friends. Everyone knew the skers couldn't field a team. Why would they not put a feeler out there and offer him whatever role he wanted. Especially after their last debacle at South High

ok, I'll jack that softball...... Why wouldn't they offer him? Get some really needed cashe in the home state, fill a need and open roster?...... Because they are Nebraska.

It doesn't sound to me like he's saying they didn't put a feeler out and offer him a big role. It sounds more like he's saying that they didn't jump fast enough to his liking and they weren't beating down his door and proclaiming him the one true savior of the program that he would surely have been. And honestly, that wouldn't surprise me at all to hear that Timmy drug his feet and didn't move very quickly when a good option for his team became available. It would kind of fit the growing image of his program, really.
