That was an absolutely crazy game. Poor defense. Insane shooting performance by Butler. Kudos to them. Butler tried to give us a win, but Trey with a painful turnover and Bello - although credit for forcing two turnovers - should have been more under control after that last steal.

And my mind keeps going back to the last three seconds of the first half. That hurt.

Tough league. There will be some head scratchers. This was one of them.

On to Providence.

Mac got embarrassingly outcoached by Butler. Awful performance tonight. The defensive effort from the players wasn't great, either, but the coaches did nothing to put them in a spot to win.
This loss probably costs us a seed line in March.

I don’t think mac got out coached. Butler just couldn’t miss. Insane.

Butler shot lights out, but CU was completely lackadaisical on D the first half -- enough to change the game's outcome.

Didn’t get consecutive stops since 2:27 in the first half. Thats insane.

Thad Matta can coach.

Hey it’s not a bad loss. They beat Marquette on the road much worse. I think we can snag one from them at Hinkle. Credit to Butler - came into today thinking we’d have to lock down Posh DJ Davis Telfort and Brooks but basically every single guy on their team stepped up big.

Gotta regroup and fight hard on the road coming up @Prov, @X, @Butler. Win 2 or 3 of those and this loss won’t hurt

And you only show up to "police" the board. Never once have you had any substantive basketball-related post.
