The Maui invitational is quite likely cancelled due to the terrible tragedy in Lahaina. KU, Purdue and the Zags were all in that tournament. It would be great if they could find an alternate site and donate the proceeds to the people in need.

For COVID they put it in Vegas. As a side note, Mac said in an interview with Bishop that the Jays will be in the Battle of Atlantis next year.

Next year's field in Atlantis has some of the biggest names in the sport. Wow. Impossible to know how good these teams will be a year from now, but those are headline names.

We've come a long way from rinky-dink Maury Hanks tournaments!

Nicer weather for players and Fans than the furnace they had this summer and great homecoming for Fred!!!
At Creighton Bob Gibson majored in sociology and starred in Basketball and Baseball. In 1957 Gibson received a $3,000 sign-on bonus with St. Louis Cardinals, but delayed his HOF Cards career a year to play pro B-ball with the Harlem Globetrotters.

Is the Hall of Fame Classic a Maury Hanks tournament? He was affiliated with it when was the "Emerald" something or other, wasn't he?

So if Nembhard sticks around at Gonzaga, maybe there would be a possibility that we play him.
