That has nothing to do with a possible game. All the tweets say #uncproblems. The whole point of that Twitter account is to air "problems" that UNC students have. Some of them mention having tests, etc.. That is clearly a tongue in cheek comment about how it would be a problem to play us because we'd murder their players or something

The open date in the upcoming season schedule being mentioned is due to the return game at Loyola-Chicago not occurring until the '14-15 season.

Remember this is Bracketbuster return game. I haven't seen these return games stretched out so far before. This is pretty interesting.

KU "desperately" looking for a home and home to start in Lawrence.

Hey Merf, pick up the phone. I think we'll find that Self isn't THAT desperate.

Very interesting. Makes me hope that this was done for a purpose to help our schedule out this year.

Coach McDermott just tweeted to confirm the Loyola game has been moved to a later date. It had a 'there will be more on this later' tone to it.

List of teams still with open dates?

There's only 2 games that immediately come to mind:

Georgetown
Kansas

“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.” - Nicholas Klein (1918)

Creighton is advertising on the Basketball Travelers board to start a H/H series on November 9th in Omaha or a 1-time neutral site game on November 9th or 10th against a top 75 RPI team. It will be interesting to see if anyone bites.

I was hoping we had something lined up already. Maybe they can catch something out fishing around although there's nothing on that board right now that matches our needs.

CU is more ready to play early next season then a KU or kentucky. Give um what they want. You lose to a high profile team early, no biggie. Probably help! Win and your program is rolling into the bigtime.
