Porter Moser to DePaul rumors picking up steam. Not sure I believe them but would be a significant upgrade for them.

would seem like a really strange move - I don't follow Oklahoma basketball too closely, but they won 20 this year and are a respectable, if not great, 40 in Kenpom, so I can't imagine they want to dump him.. and going to DePaul? Don't see it unless they are willing to throw out crazy money for a HC and crazy NIL money to rebuild that roster

This would make very little to no sense whatsoever.

I think Moser does miss Chicago and is definitely more of a midwestern guy. I have to wonder if he doesn't love the move to the SEC for OU and sees DePaul as a place willing to throw some money down to get back in the game.

All of the above and supposedly he tried to use it as leverage and OU blinked.

depending on the money, if someone threatened going to DePaul, I might be tempted to laugh at them ;)

I can see not liking Norman, much, and Chicago 'should' be a great base for a good basketball team from a recruiting standpoint, but DePaul has a ton of issues. Over time where should be some good opportunities around the Midwest if he wants to come home

By the way, has the board's ability to embed tweets changed?

If true, pretty dumb move on Porter’s part. Besides it being DePaul, OU missed the tourney last year and despite a hot start is looking at the 9 seed this year which means little chance for a run.

He isn’t really in the position to be making demands right about now. OU’s response probably isn’t that surprising.

No, delete the ?s=20 at the end of your tweet.
