Not totally surprising in my opinion. Best of luck to Kobe. 3 open spots now. http://bit.ly/2qhjHIJ

good luck to him, just no playing time at his position. Seemed to have a great attitude.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe not next year, but would have had a couple of years to contribute I think.

Seemed really happy at CU. I wonder if this was his choice.

I hate to see him go as he was a favorite of mine. I met him on his first day arriving in Omaha at OSA. I was standing in the corner of the gym when he walked in and he stood next to me. I introduced myself and talked with him for a few minutes. He said he just came from the Airport. The local news that night filmed him with me standing next to him. I liked his attitude on and off the floor but anytime a freshman is not redshirted and he doesn't make the rotation of 10, (like Leon Gilmore) there is a chance of him transferring. Good luck to you Kobe wherever you end up.

That's great to hear even though he wasn't playing.

Not to keep bringing it up, but the lack of development of our scholarship players is befuddling. Non redshirt freshman at WSU/KU all are giving 5-6 meaningful opportunities during the season to show their stuff. Might only be a couple minutes, but nevertheless, they get a shot and it's not mop up minutes. We as fans form talent opinions on end of game minutes for our guys. Based on that, Scurry should have been starting.

Lot of scholarships open this last in the game. Wonder what the staff has up their sleeves?
