I predict Toby starts at the stretch 4 and Martin at the 5. Toby has been more consistent shooter and more physical defensively. Suarez off the bench at 5 and Ronnie off the bench at 4.

That 11 is a pretty good team. There is little room for the injury bug though.

24 ppg?? You might want to re-adjust your expectations.

Bilas' top 25 players to watch includes Brunson, Bluiett, Delgado, Martin from the BE, but not Marcus:

Toby will start at the 4. He will probably pick up more fouls early on if he is asked to play the 5. Mac should let Martin/Suarez take the heat down low on defense early on. I am hoping Epperson can jump right in but that might be wishful thinking. We have a lot of flexibility at the 3 guard positions. Foster and Khyri (maybe Joseph) will all demand at least 30 MPG. Mintz will get his minutes at all guard positions. I think we will see Mintz and Joseph on the floor together. Ty-Shon and Mitch will grab the remaining minutes at the 2 and 3.

With that being said starters will be:

Joseph
Foster
Khyri
Toby
Martin

Our lineup down the stretch in most games will be :

Joseph
Foster
Khyri
Ronnie
Toby

Its a slight to marcus that he didn't make that list...its just one example of nat'l writer who's skeptical about his ability to produce efficiently and consistently. If he could improve the arc on his 3pter and see more consistent percentages, and keep his head up on his drives to the rim, it could have an enormously positive impact on his efficiency. In regards to his passing and his defensive impact, I could live with not seeing much improvement here if he could just polish up some of the rough edges on his scoring arsenal. Its clear the guy is a talented scorer, he just needs to rein it in and exhibit more control

Otherwise, if he continues to be a black hole at times throughout the season, AND does not show any improvement in a well-rounded game, a second team all-BE finish is the likely outcome for Marcus' season.

If Mac was looking at starting Tugs at the 4, I can think of no reason he wouldn't start Ronnie at the 4.
