Mredle has good points but a biting tone, and his train of thought is sometimes difficult to follow.

vivid makes clear and succinct points too, but tends to come off condescending at times.

Just my two cents ;) playful threads like this are good for the health of the board

I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me in this incredibly important poll. I'd also like to thank my mom, who considered voting for me, but in the end, had to go with mredle. Mom, I still love you. This is the affirmation I needed to continue fighting for Jayskers everywhere, always needing to get in the last word, picking every battle possible, and posting about 10X more than is necessary. So, thank you, 20 brave voters for giving me that affirmation.

*DISCLAIMER: all votes are final and cannot be retracted.

You're Welcome/Wilkommen.

Let's see $100 bucks, 4:1 odds...where's my $400 dollars Vivid?

I donated it to the Creighton Bluejay's 200th anniversary celebration fund, in your name. ;)

And I assume "pedant" is a synonym for "champion" or "hero." I'm not familiar with that word, but I can only assume.

"Pedant" is defined as a person who is excessively concerned with minor details and rules or with displaying academic learning.

Was there ever any doubt who would win this poll? No one stuffs the ballot box like Husker fan. :P

I'm incredibly offended that you would imply this was anything other than a legitimate victory.

And to the large influx of new, curiously-timed Russian BJU members, I thank you for your votes (Благодарю вас за ваши голоса.)
