We need to burn the red shirt on Jacob Epperson he is a great role to the basket player who is also a rim protector and great rebounder. His upside is needed now and by playing him you will get more of what we need with Martin Krampelj out. These were the teams looking at Jacob a 5 star player, UNC UCLA, OU, TX, Mich State,West Virginia, Purdue, TCU and Iowa. I believe he is the key to a deep run in March and will not stay all four years. Thanks Coach Trumble

I remember this guy. He's the board's Tasmanian Devil: he spins in, spits out something completely unintelligible, and bam, he's gone.

I suppose if the team has a Tazz, the board should too.

Whether Jacob is going to be here 5 years or not should have nothing to do with this decision.

Looks like Matt and Jon think it will get pulled sometime this season based on what I'm seeing from them on twitter. Nothing official or anything just what they think. If Jacob gets fully healthy and is ok with it I'd be pretty excited to see him out there.

To me it makes no sense in pulling his Red Shirt for the 9 regular season games that are left, the Big East and NCAA Tournament. Who says that he is game ready and that his knee is at 100%, I would hate for him to start playing and then injure the knee again. I say keep the redshirt

Uncomplicated meniscectomy athletes can return to full activity within 10 days. 3 weeks on a tear. Should have 0 bearing on further knee injury.

Let's remember that we got a commitment based, in part, on the fact that Jacob has totally transformed his body. If Mac & Staff legitimately think he could be the difference in a significant tourney run, I've come around to burning the shirt.

Who are Matt and Jon?

Y’all sound like Sker fans, the 2nd string quarterback is the next coming of Jesus Christ.

Just stop.
