As of today, assuming Thomas leaves, Creighton has absolutely no experienced depth as we will lose 6 guys who played minutes last year w/ 5 of them playing valuable minutes. This leaves the team with only one senior (Joseph) who didn't play much and 2 jr's (Mintz and Krampelj) who played last year. We don't even know how Krampelj will bounce back from his injury. The rest of the team are either freshmen, sophomore's, or transfers who haven't played for the Jays. With this said, I think the Jays will exceed the preseason predictions once again.

Exceeding expectations this coming season shouldn't be terribly difficult as most will slot the rebuilding Jays into the bottom tier of the Big East. If CU can squeak into the 9-9 / 10-8 mid tier - success!

We now have 2 spots open for sure. If Khyri leaves, that's 3. I don't know if we try filling all 3 this off season or hold one for 2019, but are we sure there isn't going to be anyone else leaving the team? If someone else were to join Ronnie and Khyri, we suddenly have 4 open spots. Time for Mac to show his recruiting chops. I've said for awhile I think 2019 is the biggest year for recruiting this program has had. Our top target(s) for that class are as talented if not more than anyone we've gone after

How much money do you need? He has probably the best college gig in the country. I hope he stays. He is great for our conference.
