I think Damon just wanted to get out of daily sports radio before his son got to college. He had to make that decision now or commit to it.

They were cycling through people to fill the time after Damon made his decision until they could decide what to do moving forward. Avarie has a lot on her plate to add doing the radio show every morning.

I should clarify that Rogers and Bellinghausen are good too, just that Howard was my favorite.
