Time to turn the page quickly - the most important game of the season on Saturday. Hope the fellas are ready. Expecting as much or more pressure from the Pirates….rrrrrrg

Lots of comments on UConn board about how Creighton plays basketball and Hall plays rugby, and BE refs encourage the rugby. It’s why Hall could win the league but won’t go far in NCAAT.

Hope Creighton is ready for rugby, because while UConn ran us ragged the Hall wants to beat us up.
"I want to beat (NU) so bad. This is a blue state...I’m a Creighton Bluejay. I’ve always wanted to go to Creighton...never really liked Nebraska...Creighton trusted me and Nebraska was just…out there...Can’t wait to play ’em..." ~Justin Patton

Here's the Primer for tomorrow. Hopefully the Jays are ready for a street fight, because the Pirates have a potent mix of toughness + a feeling of disrespect from the world that has led to a chip on their shoulder that must weight 50 pounds.

Line opens at Creighton -3. Would be a massive win for us.

I cannot believe this line. I’m not a big gambler but it’s close enough to take Hall and be happy when the Jays win regardless of the bet. Haha.

Block out and hold onto the ball and we'll see what happens today

Hoping for the best. Jays still have a pretty high ceiling this year but the floor is so much lower than I expected. These guys need to bust their asses for 40 minutes each time out.

D is looking pretty locked in. Ball movement is pretty good even if Kalk missed a couple

block outs pretty solid so far, and pace looking pretty good for us
