A bit sad that it will be the norm for the MVC not being able to keep coaches, but it's good that DeVries is landing at a P6 team and likely setting himself up for a good situation

5 yrs at WV and then when Mac retires he takes over CU.

Why wouldn't he? The biggest reason there was smoke to him coming to CU was it would be a chance to play at a higher level. No need to do that now since his dad will be coaching at a higher level.

I’d rather know if there any other Drake guys that maybe we should look at adding. They might have a head start in learning our system.
