Wonder if Huss might be a candidate for the Drake.

I’d rather know if there any other Drake guys that maybe we should look at adding. They might have a head start in learning our system.

Their two best guards, Wright and Overton, are in the portal. I think we can do better.

Kevin Overton is intriguing because he was only a freshman - good size and potentially high ceiling. But I think there are probably better guards/wings out there to be had in the transfer portal who are older and could immediately contribute. Plus with Johnson coming in I don't know that Overton gives you anything that LJ can't/won't.

Just realized: Statistically anyway, there's about a 50% chance we'll play West Virginia in the Battle for Atlantis in November. Same goes for Gonzaga with Nembhard, and Oklahoma with Moser. We could play all three of 'em.

It's crazy how fast it's happening for Lutz as a head coach after YEARS of working as an asst.
