sorry I was unclear. My thought on Wright getting out in time was regarding the insanity of the portal and NIL - not the state of Nova's program. He got his - multiple NCs - and a spot in the HOF.

There’s a number of ways to think about this. 1) Less players = bigger NIL shares to the roster (although with Walton money, size of pie should be a non-issue). 2) He can’t find enough guys so he’s making excuses. 3) Shallow thinking believing injuries can’t derail an entire season. 4) Thoughts?

This is pretty close to the Brock Vice prediction I had, where the bottom of the roster is fleshed out by practice players who might be flyers or long shots but who know what they’re there for and don’t take up much NIL money - in this case it’s even more extreme at zero dollars, but it’s basically the same idea.

One plus not listed in LJay’s list of reasons is when you have guys who know with 100 percent certainty that they’re NOT the man, headaches related to egos drop exponentially.
