Trey? I don't think we should expect him to put up 40 again. Him and Dante are going to be tough for us.

Interesting match up. I would say we are more talented than them. They lost to bama by 8 at home and only beat Florida A&M by 13.

But they are feeling it right now. But maybe going up against a true rim protector will slow down their inside game. There D doesn’t look as good as normal for Dana’s teams.

Bennington, thanks for starting the thread right away. You are on a roll. What’s your record now?

Creighton got a raw deal with Akron being a few hours from Pittsburgh. Not many teams can be traveling farther than Oregon. Hopefully the long travel and multi-time zone jump will catch up on, let’s say, Saturday. I’m cheering for an early game. That’ll be like Oregon playing at 9am PT.

Before today, Oregon had one victory over a tournament team (a 7 seed) and that’s it. Garbage resume. Can’t shoot. Deep team though. 11 players averaging over 10 minutes. What’s that like? Partially due to injury but also due to their game planning.

They seem to be peaking at the right time, but everything about this game and these circumstances screams a Creighton win.

Nah. It's all due to injury, actually. They are playing with like 8 scholarship guys right now. That's all that is healthy. They've been playing musical chairs with guys all year because of how banged up they've been.
