Oprah is now "The next President" so let's keep it going

Right now, anybody with a sound mind and even halfway sound body has two huge advantages over Trump, not to mention everything else. I'm sure Oprah could win a general election but I doubt she could actually win the Democratic nomination.

And....boom goes the dynamite.

For anyone who claimed the Trump/Russia thing was all made up (CUFF) or a "nothingburger", you can go ahead and apologize now.

And in yesterday's news, more evidence that the PotUS is a racist xenophobe.

Gotta love that the Republican Party rank and file chose this guy over the more reasonable vanilla candidates who don't associate with white nationalists.

I would also add that there isn't much of a difference between being okay with (or supporting) a racist, and being racist yourself. So, sleep well.

Over-under on Trump saying the N-word in 2018?

Now the WSJ editorial page - which is PRO TRUMP - has a well-sourced story about Trump paying off a porn star (while married to Melania) to keep quiet about a sexual encounter. Shockingly, Trump reps denied it. Everyone else in the world is dishonest, but he's not.

How much of this side show is "Trump-ed Up" to draw attention away from other issues? When in doubt, bring up Hillary or Obama (or now Oprah.) Point out a dumpster fire on the side of the road. Say something obnoxious or outrageous. Post a twitter bumper sticker slogan.

I've been trying to sort through all the hullabaloo, shenanigans and goings-on to try and figure out where we're headed and how we're going to get there. The rest is distraction from the real issues, and I believe most in intentional.

Yes, I used hullabaloo, shenanigans and goings-on in a post from 2018. No, I don't wear a pointy tinfoil hat.

Hopefully, Melania is the kind of woman that will put up with his constant cheating as long as its discrete.

Bill Clinton is curious what her price is.
