Good NET win at St John (46 NET); Have to just get wins on road against all the lower NET teams and rack up wins at home. Connecticut is #4 NET.

68-64 win over Butler to start the new year.

CU is now 3-0 in league play — against the only three teams still seeking their first Big East win. Lot to clean up moving forward; they weren't happy about how the game went.

After a tough 1st half, Creighton responded with a 15-0 run to open the 3rd quarter. Creighton outscored Providence 23-2 for the quarter (Providence went 1-14 from the field). Creighton is up 46-28.

Jays currently an 8 seed and just won by 3 over Marquette. Need to start putting these teams away and stretch leads instead of letting them get within 3-4 to end the game.

Don’t have a ton of hope against UConn since we seem to always play terrible against then but need that win to avoid an 8-11 seed.

Happened again at Seton Hall today. Jays had a 17 point lead early in the 3rd and SHU was able to cut it to 2 late in the 4th. Maly was able to save the day with 2 late contested 3s and a pair of FTs.
