And the fact that the NCAA is unable to make these decisions in a timely matter doesn't help.

Recognizing that Fedor didn't arrive and apply until Aug - and if their stance was only granting one season of eligibility. Then sitting on the decision until the tail end of Dec is BS.

There's really no reason why it should take this long. Assign a caseworker - have them work through the facts. Allow CU and Fedor to make their case along with what the NCAA has information wise - and have a 3-5 person panel make a decision.

No reason why that has to take more than 30 days.

Probably why I have to work for myself. I have no use or tolerance for this kinda bureaucratic bullshit. The good news for all of you is I will never be able to run for public office because of it.

Just another example of many but how is the NCAA letting this guy play while screwing over Fedor? I realize they haven’t ruled yet but there are dozens and dozens of these scenarios NCAA must rule on this summer.

I don’t vet ‘em, I just post ‘em.
