Recognizing that Fedor didn't arrive and apply until Aug - and if their stance was only granting one season of eligibility. Then sitting on the decision until the tail end of Dec is BS.
There's really no reason why it should take this long. Assign a caseworker - have them work through the facts. Allow CU and Fedor to make their case along with what the NCAA has information wise - and have a 3-5 person panel make a decision.
No reason why that has to take more than 30 days.
Probably why I have to work for myself. I have no use or tolerance for this kinda bureaucratic bullshit. The good news for all of you is I will never be able to run for public office because of it.
