Game Thread: at Iowa State

[WBR Tom]

The long offseason is finally over!

Here's the Pregame Primer for Sunday afternoon's exhibition in Ames, with some preseason storylines, quotes from media day, and a quick preview of the Cyclones.

Nice article. So many unknowns.

We dog walked Iowa St at the CHI exhibition game last year. For that reason alone, don’t read too much into whatever you see this weekend.

The highlight of last season!!

Edit: winning at Yukon was really the highlight.

Lipsey didn’t play in that one but your point still stands. I was upfront in Vegas when ISU curb stomped us.

Lipsey didn’t play either time… nor did McAndrew.
That was a fun game at CHI though.
What a crappy season and final year for Mac.

Are many making the trip to Ames tomorrow. Some lower bowl resale seats still available on Ticketmaster for less than $50. First few rows of upper deck available too. Great place to watch a game.

Here's my version of a preview, with some notes and observations from practice and media day. Mike Sautter and I are making the trip to cover the game for Hurrdat Sports.
